Budget
The PTSO would like any budgeted money spent prior to January 2008. This will ensure that the students of each grade will benefit from this years budget. The exception to this will be routine spring activities/field trips. If you know that you want to use your budget after January 2008, please contact the PTSO for approval (include what the money will be used for and the anticipated cost). The money for classroom supplies, books, etc. must be spent prior to January 2008. Unused funds will be forfeited and used for next years budget.
In addition The PTSO has set aside funds for specific Abbott needs to make the adventure run smoother (for example--papertowels, wipies, hand sanitizer). Please contact the PTSO with your request and if possible we may be able to approve additional funds when unexpected needs arise.
When you need a check, click on the link below to download a Request for Funds form. We ask that all team members (other teachers in your grade level or all resource teachers) sign the form. This way everyone is aware of how your budget is being spent and how much has been spent. The completed Check Request form is to be left in the Budget Committee Folder in the PTSO mailbox. An email regaurding the request to Sandy Prenosil would be appreciated at Bp91543@alltel.net.
